Every time I go there for service, there’s always a surprise. This time, I was told the transmission flush would be $560 dollars. I get to the shop and they tell me it’s supposed to be $650, I was miss surprise. This time, I was told the transmission flush would be $560 dollars. I get to the shop and they tell me it’s supposed to be $650, I was miss quoted because my sierra truck needs a high performance fluid, haha., but they honored the $560. Then I come to pick up my truck, there’s charges from the tech, so my bill turns out to be almost $800 dollars. When someone asks you what the charge will be for a service, I suggest you tell them what the company AND what the tech charges are. Lastly, there were black oil spots on the hood and windshield of my truck. And my seat covers were bunched up and not reattached after someone clearly took them apart. Your supposed to give cars back better then you received them. My wife’s car gets vacuumed and ran through a car wash. You guys can’t even put things back where you got it. I’ll never bring my truck there again. And I plan on posting this information everywhere. Such xx! More
