He immediately told us of a couple vehicles that they had that met our criteria. It was below freezing outside. He went out to the lot and drove the vehicles to the front of the lot and left them running so they would be warm for us when we looked at them. When the time comes for us to purchase another vehicle we most certainly will look for Preston to help us again.

Sales Manager, Javier, was very nice and helpful, too, explained that, yes, it's totally possible to trade a Honda leased vehicle. There was a Mike somewhere in the back ground helping things to happen. Team work, no long waits, just a very positive experience.
