I had been texting with Priscilla about appointments for a week and we were finally able to head to Bradenton. We drove over an hour to check out the dealership and see if we wanted to do business there. Af a week and we were finally able to head to Bradenton. After having contact, either by in person visit or email & phone conversations, with 6 other dealerships our expectation was that we would look around and end up leaving. We were greeted warmly by a neatly dressed gentleman as we walked into the front door. We were asked to sit a minute while he went in to find out who our appointment was with, it didn't take very long before a lovely woman came over and immediately made us laugh when she said someone told me you wanted to buy a car from your grandmother. Our salesperson really knew what she was doing, she listens to what our needs were and what we could afford, she immediately had a car in mind. When we went outside it was a much nicer car than we had planned on looking at and we were concerned about not being able to afford it, but we drove it around anyway and fell in love. We went back in and sat down at the desk, presuming that there was no way that we could take that car that we just drove home, however we were immediately given a a monthly payment we could afford with the down payment we had available. All of that was a great experience. Unfortunately, they are a very busy dealership so it took a long time for us to get into finance and we were there until 7:00, we were hoping to leave by 6:00. It was long but it really was just a minor inconvenience. We love the new car and we feel very comfortable doing business with Bradenton Toyota. More

When I arrived at the dealership, all the paperwork was ready for me to sign so there was no wait. Max was quick and efficient in finance, and we completed the paperwork with no difficulty. Using the internet sales department to start the process, all the details were finalized prior to picking up the new car, and it only took 42 minutes to take possession...from the moment I stepped on the dealership to the driving off the lot.
