My husband and I are so glad we chose Ardmore Toyota for our recent car purchase. We knew we wanted a Prius and it just so happened this dealership had the most available. Thank goodness because the level o our recent car purchase. We knew we wanted a Prius and it just so happened this dealership had the most available. Thank goodness because the level of customer service was excellent! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and treated us with respect by honoring our own knowledge and opinions. They helped us decide on which package to get and assisted with financing options. Q and the rest of the staff did everything possible to make sure we got the car we wanted by keeping our requests in check (we wanted knew we wanted the Solar Roof but did not want leather seats) and kept us informed every step of the way with weekly updates as to our car's arrival. It really was a pleasure working with the staff at Ardmore Toyota! We truly appreciate the extra time we were given to make sure we had no unanswered questions about the car's features, navigation system, performance, roadside assistance program, etc. It was a great experience and we are so happy to be driving the perfect car for us! My experience was quite straightforward and pleasant. My situation was a bit unique in that there was such a huge shortage of Prius cars I had to pay sticker price. I knew that going in but what I was surpr situation was a bit unique in that there was such a huge shortage of Prius cars I had to pay sticker price. I knew that going in but what I was surprised to see was an $895 "marketing charge" tacked on on top of that. I felt that I was being gouged for the extra money just because they could. Q was our salesman. He was very friendly, and very knowledgeable of the Toyota Product. My husband and I started out wanting the Rave 4, but it ended up being a bit pricey...I was really disappointed knowledgeable of the Toyota Product. Then Q showed us the Camery SLE fully loaded...we took it for a test ride..and we really liked it. Q was very thorough in explaining everything about the Camry. In the end we got the Camry and we're really glad we did...in the beginning I was disappointed ...but in the end we were happier with the Camry instead...we owe it all to Q....he's very nice and a pleasure to work with....looking forward to seeing him again during our future visits to Ardmore Toyota. This is the second truck I have purchased from Q, and Ardmore Toyota. I was limited in my time, and I explained that to Q, he respected that and he was able to meet my needs with regards to price, and vehicle options. Ardmore Toyota is fortunate to quality salesmanship, financing. Qasim was very professional, courteous and took so much time to explain all the benefits and features of my new truck. I would definitely recommend Ardmore Toyota to friends and family and when it is time for me to buy my next truck that is where I will go!! I stopped in to Ardmore Toyota at about 6:45 on 6/21/11 to ask for someone to please help me set up Bluetooth in my Toyota RAV 4 (which I had purchased at Ardmore Toyota two years earlier). Qasim Azad quic to ask for someone to please help me set up Bluetooth in my Toyota RAV 4 (which I had purchased at Ardmore Toyota two years earlier). Qasim Azad quickly offered to help and was amazingly friendly, helpful and patient. I was shocked at how quickly he set up the Bluetooth – he took my blackberry phone and navigated through my phone like he had written the phone manual, and in I think less than a minute had it all working. Qasim then proceeded to spend a lot of time with me patiently explaining how it worked. Not being a great technology person, I appreciated his expertise and, more, his patience. It is that kind of service (specifically, I came in “off the street” for a “nuisance” request I’m sure) that would make me want to buy another care at Ardmore Toyota. More
