Disappointing Experience We were made to wait more than 30 minutes, even though we were already there, because another customer walked in and was given attention before us. Customer service should be fair, respectful, and equal for everyone. Because of this experience, we will not be purchasing a Volkswagen from this dealership, and we would not recommend this dealership to our family, friends, or anyone else. Very disappointing. More
