This was the BEST vehicle purchase experience I have ever had! I have always 'dreaded' purchasing a car until now. NO pressure, NO haggling back and forth the sales person [ Jilia Emery ] was amazing she knew every detail about the Truck, was so knowledgable, professional, no pressure, it was a very pleasant experience! I hate to say this, I thought to myself when I go to do the paperwork there will be some 'unexpected' line item added on, or something placed on the paperwork before the purchase, but NOPE! it all went as planned and agreed upon. I was In and Out so quickly it was GREAT Would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and the entire staff, I don't typically write reviews however this company and especially Julia deserve to know they made a happy customer! More

Currently awaiting the Buick manual and second key to arrive. Thank you. Always utilize the internet to do plenty of research and use email to negotiate price instead of face to face. Take your time and do not rush. Always make sure that everything is in writing and ask plenty of question if needed. Run Carfax reports. Performance Toyota provided me with one for free. Know your car history and recalls etc. More
