Exceptional Motorcars had a great selection of used trucks. I was able to look at 6 that I was interest in and drove four. The vehicles were accessible, clean, and ready to drive. The salesman was know trucks. I was able to look at 6 that I was interest in and drove four. The vehicles were accessible, clean, and ready to drive. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly, but not pushy at all. It really felt like his job was to help us make a purchase and not influence or pressure us. The SUV key isn't working, and the controls are reversed: it locks instead of unlocking, and unlocks instead of locking. I went to report the issue, but instead of helping, they simply said there was nothing it locks instead of unlocking, and unlocks instead of locking.
