The SUV key isn't working, and the controls are reversed: it locks instead of unlocking, and unlocks instead of locking. Arturo, You stopped in about a week ago with your Jeep, and we told you we would pay to have your key cut, but you would be responsible for a new key FOB and the programming of it. How is your Jeep out of commission? This is the first time we've heard that your vehicle isn't running, but the key FOB wouldn't impact the mechanical functionality of the vehicle.
