From my first phone call with him, through the whole auto buying process, he took great care of me and my wife. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. He devoted every minute with us, with no interruptions, and did a great job of going over all aspects of the car we bought yesterday. Never once did he pressure us or try to influence on our car choice. He is a very honest and friendly man. I feel like he is family to us, because of his great personality. Quintin Rodriguez, the Finance and Delivery Manager, was excellent as well. He never pressured us to buy additional warranty coverage, but explained them well so that we could make a good decision. He made the paperwork process go smoothly and quickly, which was what we wanted. I highly recommend Sam and Quintin and also this dealership. I could tell that the dealership was great, because they don't add extra fees and add-on expenses, like other dealers do. I could tell it was a great dealership because of my best-in-my-life car buying experience.
