I recently purchased a car from Honda of Jonesboro and was truly impressed by the level of service. The team (Quinton Kirby in service, Brianna Goodman in sales, Michael Modica in finance and Colin Earls was truly impressed by the level of service. The team (Quinton Kirby in service, Brianna Goodman in sales, Michael Modica in finance and Colin Earls in management) was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in — they took the time to understand what I needed, never pushed me, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Their knowledge of the vehicles and service made me feel confident in my decisions. I’m thrilled with my new car and will absolutely be recommending this dealership to friends and family for having both an excellent service and sales department!! More

The service department did an excellent job on my car. All the young men that I spoke to that day were kind and very helpful. From the time I got checked in until the minute I left I knew how far along All the young men that I spoke to that day were kind and very helpful. From the time I got checked in until the minute I left I knew how far along the service guy was on my car. I got a text while I was waiting to let me know how they were doing. I plan on using these guys to service my car as long as I have a Honda civic. Once more the service department is wonderful, a great bunch of guys. Now the reason I said as long as I have it is because the SALES DEPARTMENT is terrible. I purchased my car brand new 8/2023, Honda Civic EX-L, The salesman told me it has everything heated this & that, leather this & that. I told him I really didn’t care about that, but if you pay $30,000. cash for a car that has everything I do expect to get a trunk button & to be able to program my garage door to open while sitting in the drivers seat!!!!! Not in this $30,000 car. I call Honda of Jonesboro started complaining first thing no one cared. I would get an email every now and then and they ask how things were going, I told them about it again. No one would answer my email. Now every time I go to Jonesboro Honda I complain I have from the beginning. Some of the employees there don’t understand how they can get away with being so dishonest, I don’t either. I tell everyone I know how I was lied too about my car & the manager there didn’t even care enough to do anything about it. I even tell people there when I’m waiting on my car. I had my son to take their sticker off because I will not advertise for someone that lies just to make a sale. I like my car I hate being lied to. I’m an old lady. I pick up my groceries I don’t want to get out of my car when it’s storming to open the trunk!!!!! But because of lies I was told I do get out in the storm now, but I won’t when I get another car. If I do get a Honda it won’t there never again. I will continue to tell people how dishonest the sales department is!! More
