These people were terrible and rude from the start. I came in there with my brother trying to get a new set of wheels, and the salesman was actually very friendly rare. The problem lies where the sales manager and finance manager lied to me since the minute they pulled our credit. We had a deal in writing and signed by audi finance and sales manager. They ran credit and got everything closed up. I said to manager me and my brother are on the way up please wait! we drive from far away. We'll after 1hr drive they left for day and wasted our time. They were no shows to close deal. Ive never heard of a finance and sales manager who do not wanna close a deal! THEY THINK THERE BETTER THEN YOU. FUNNY PART IS THERE NOT AT ALL!!! PROFILING CUSTOMERS IS CORRUPT. ( AUDI )ENJOYS CLOSING EARLY AND SHOPPING CREDIT. ILL FAST FORWARD I WAIT TILL TODAY TO FINALLY HERE THE BAIT AND SWITCH SLASH BLACKMAIL DEAL !! FINANCE MANAGER RAISED MY PRICE OVER $2500 and NOT HONORING ONLINE PRICING over a signed deal, by me and the General Sales manager. I call him on it, he says ill save you a thousand bucks if you buy gap, ceramic protection and glass protection. This is extortion and against the Law 💯 I said no I have an agreed deal and we ran credit for this agreement only. He said sorry you wont help me, I refuse to help you. He stated he will no longer keep his agreed price, he stated go somewhere else. I said fine and both me and my brother walked out with our cash. Audi Tampa tried to extort me and my brother. Then on top of it, a bait and switch with intent to commit fraud. People GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, I THOUGHT THESE PEOPLE DID GOOD BUISNESS THERE REVIEWS ARE FAKE AND MADE BY EMPLOYEES. !! BUYERS BEWARE THERE ADDING ON MONEY WITHOUT YOU KNOWING! IF YKU READ THIS GO BACK AND READ OVER YOUR FINAL COBTRACTS TO THE #S GURENTEE YOU WERE --- ROBBED BY AUDI TAMPA-- MORGAN AUTO GROUP ENJOYS STEALING FROM HARD WORKING CUSTOMERS. You get talked down to on speaker phone like the wolf of wall street and email the owner and he is even worse! I assure you you are too established to be abused on a car that costs less than your watch. They are even afraid to call you when you want to give feedback. Save yourself the aggravation and keep your self respect. You get phone calls from multiple people all giving you a different price and story. It is as if the guys in the back are undercutting the salesman in the front to grab the deal. Real shady here. Fee you to death. More

Audi Tampa does not care about you from a service perspective. Far from being helpful they have made a bad situation feel even worse. If you’ve purchased a 2022 Audi you’ll know that only one key was given at purchase. Well this past week our bag which contained our id’s, credit cards, keys and more was stolen… As you can imagine there was a lot to deal with. As we’re owners of a premium vehicle the last thing we expected was the absolute lack of service and support from Audi Tampa and their team. We started trying to reach someone for help on Thursday1/19. So first we’re transferred so many times and no one seems willing or able to help us. Finally we make it into a service advisors voicemail and leave several messages and get no reply. We have NO KEY! Friday morning we have to have the car towed to the service center. We arrive there and no one comes out to greet us or help. The tow truck driver circles the lot three times wondering where to leave the car. Finally who we think is a advisor or a receptionist comes out and tells the driver to leave the car in the front drive. We repeatedly tell this person there is NO KEY! The driver does as he’s told and leaves. Our service advisor that we’ve been leaving voicemails for isn’t present and someone else helps us intake the car and tells us what to expect. He also advises us that there’s no courtesy cars available but that we can rent a car at their rate from enterprise. We declined that option and just left to go home. Then about an hour later, we received the first call that we’ve ever gotten from our service advisor and she’s calling to ask why we’ve abandoned our car in their driveway. As you can imagine, this was the biggest slap in the face after everything that we’ve gone through up to this point. During the entire call this representative was rude and combative. There was absolutely no understanding from this rep and they try to make it seem like everything was our fault. This representative also called the tow truck company and tried to get the tow truck driver fired for abandoning the car in the drive. This car wasn’t abandoned it was left exactly where the reception person told us to leave it. It’s now Saturday we have no car… we have no eta on our key because they won’t order it till the car is in their possession. We feel like we were double violated both by the person that took our bag and by Audi Tampa and the lack of care and service. Furthermore wouldn’t you say that Audi has some responsibility since they only provided one key? We can’t be the first people to have lost the only key they were given. Needless to say this may be our last Audi. This is after having owned 3 VW’s and 2 different Audi’s… We’re so stressed, tired and upset now we don’t even know where to go with this… More
