John (jack) was prompt when we arrived and very knowledgeable in introducing us to the vehicle before we test drove. He answered our questions confidently and in a friendly manner. As far as the finance end, the wait was ridiculous. I almost wanted to walk out. Jack was very social and chatted with us and apologized many times, however, the wait time was unacceptable. Hire more finance folks or change your process. All was smooth until that point. More
