Both John Kelch in sales, and Robert (I didn't catch his last name) in service, were simply the best that I have ever worked with on a car deal, ever... Robert managed to turn the extremely tough situation that I was facing with my old car, into more options than I ever thought I had, and in turn took the weight of the world off my shoulders. Then John took the time to show me several vehicles that I could comfortably afford, gave me all the information on comparative models/option etc. and did it in a way that made me feel like I was working with a longtime family friend. I couldn't be happier with the trade in value that I received, the new vehicle that both myself and my family are enjoying today, the support of your staff and overall vibe I got at Cambell Nelson Nissan. Truly outstanding, and I am sincerely appreciative! More
