We were looking at a truck via social media. I filled out information and was immediately contacted by Nick. I never informed him we were coming in to just view the vehicle. I just didn’t decide we needed a new truck since ours was only 9 years old. So we had some shopping to do in Reno we stopped in to view the vehicle and met Ivan our salesperson. So we were interested and started the process. We begin negotiations and through the entire process Ivan and Nick were always professional, but down to earth people. We started crunching numbers and we debated trying to get to a payment we could agree on. We couldn’t get to the numbers we could agree on. We shook hands and left the dealership. My wife, granddaughter and I were treated with such respect through the entire process. So we parted ways and went back to our lives. The next day I received a telephone call from dealership reviewing yesterday negotiations. We agreed on a payment and the deal was made. We were met at dealership by Ivan and Nick, these two guys make you feel at home and comfortable. I really believe had it not been for Ivan and Nick we would not have made the deal. Because we didn’t need to buy a vehicle. These two gentleman have my family and my respect and are an asset to their business. More

First time working with Nick. Also first time buying a vehicle on line. Buying a used vehicle on line can be somewhat of a trust issue. Some sales people are used car sales people and would tell you anything to make a sale. Nick is not one of those people. Nick was straight forward in his representation of the vehicle and it was everything he said it was. I will be honest, I had a little anxiety. My wife and I flew to reno to make the deal. Upon arrival Nick picked us up at the airport in the vehicle we were purchasing. We drove back to the dealership and inspected the vehicle. As Nick promised it was in pristine condition. Everything was ready to go. The paperwork and I think it took less than an hour to complete. Everything was explained in detail. Without a doubt the smoothest transaction I have ever had. I would definitely Recommend Corwin Buick GMC and Nickolas Garrett and their finance team. This is how a car buying experience should be. This is truly an honest car buying experience. From the first contact with Corwin GMC I felt respected. All involved including Kam, Harold, Shane and Robbie were super friendly and helpful. My intentions were to get a good deal on a 2024 Sierra 2500 HD. While looking at the only 2024 on the lot a 2025 caught my eye. Harold picked up on that and we test drove it. A price was offered on my trade in and the 2025. I went home to sleep on it. I called back the next day we negotiated a better deal on the 2025 and the rest is history. Delivery of the truck was very well done and financing was super easy. The day I picked up the truck I was in and out in 3 hours. I highly recommend Corwin GMC for a GMC truck. More
