My first visit to BMW of Tampa, after many years with the prior owner. I found a huge improvement in nearly every aspect of bringing my Z3 in for service. I especially liked the use of a video description of each service Item in detail, as I had several services done. Typically taking a car in for major work is not a good experience. Mine was! More

Bob Hvorka is excellent. He has taken the time over several years to get to know me personally. Things have been very difficult for me Andy family for the past several years. On my last day in Tampa before moving to Nevada, my 430i required unscheduled evaluation and service. Bob didn't bat an eye and got my car in for service. As always, the service was completed and was exceptional. But, that's not what impressed me. What impressed me was the kind, compassionate, and encouraging very personal text I received from Bob. It literally brought a tear to my eye. Never, ever, let Bob go. He is the kind of person that made Reeve's BMW great for years and will keep BMW of Tampa the best in the future. Attention from my new advisor was thorough and timely, the narrated video from the tech was very informative and timely, and the advisors wrap up with his very detailed report gave me all that I needed to make repair and maintenance decisions for my BMW. Everyone knew what to do and did it. More
