Initial visit was fine. I was told by the salesman that 2 inspections are completed on every vehicle before they leave the lot. Engine light came on day 2 of having the car. Back and forth and had to drive the car for over a week before the part came in then more calls because 2 other issues came up with the car during that period. A loaner was not provided and was told by the salesman that he would try to get a loaner and never heard back from him. An acquaintance was thinking of getting his corvette serviced here but unfortunately changed his mind due to my experience. Spoke with someone the day my vehicle got serviced and let them know my vehicle wasn’t leaving the lot until all issues were looked at. 36,000 mile maintenance was coming up and was offered but the services were not provided even with all the other issues going on. Unfortunately, not the best service and likely not to purchase again or recommend. Dustin Davis in service department was great and very professional! More

We bought a car from there and by the time we got to Franklin the check engine light came on. Had to wait a week to get the car into the shop. We were fortunate to get a loaner but aggravated because Franklin the check engine light came on. Had to wait a week to get the car into the shop. We were fortunate to get a loaner but aggravated because we couldn’t fit our whole family in the there, so we had to drive two cars everywhere we went. The car spent 2 months in the shop for various reasons. Ran multiple tests and then finally got with GM and found out the part needed was a back order. (Then we were told when we picked the car up they had to order 4 parts in to get one that wasn’t cracked). My biggest complaint wasn’t the time frame it was the fact that we had to call 2-3 times a day and leave multiple messages everyday just to get an update. Then every time we’d get through we’d get a different story. I’m not sure if they were just trying to make us happy with false facts or really had no idea what was going on. I’m still not sure at this point. I know mechanics don’t like working on warranty work because they don’t make as much money but I felt like our situation was a little ridiculous. There are two sides to every story and I’m all about second chances so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and give them another shot. More
