So I had a recall on my Jeep Gladiator and took it to the dealership along with a couple other things I needed looked at. My Service Advisor Ruben was excellent extremely Nice and Professional.. Communicatio dealership along with a couple other things I needed looked at. My Service Advisor Ruben was excellent extremely Nice and Professional.. Communication was great and he let me know step by step what was going on. The downfall was not because of the dealership it's because on the way the vehicle is marketed it's a Canada Jeep that i brought here in the US and nothing is covered not even recalls due to this. The service manager Thomas tried to do a change of market and it was declined with no reason. I have already reached out to Jeep US Jeep Canada and the Recall Team and Noone has been able to tell me anything... I am trying my best to find out what needs to be done to fix this issue.. So I will say if you buy a used Jeep from a dealership make sure it is not a Canada Vehicle and if it is make sure paperwork is done right. Other then that my experience from the dealership was amazing. Keep up the great work guys and girls More
