HAD an appointment for a brake booster recall for Friday the 30th. Also needed all 4 doors adjusted due to misalignment from the factory. This is the 3rd time this has had to be done. The doors were adjusted but now I need a door hinge swing catch( not official name) due to rubbing. When door is opened. Got a call that my car was being picked up and due to auto body shop keeping it all day they were unable to perform the recall for the brake booster. I went to pick cR up Saturday morning. My car was still at the auto body shop and never picked up the evening before. I was unable to get my car. I left. I proceeded to tell them to keep my car til Monday only if they could get my car recall done. They guaranteed me it would happen. My car was not moved from the spot it was parked when it returned from the body shop on Saturday at lunch time. My car was also left unlocked all weekend in front fo the dealership fence. Meaning anyone walking by could of gotten into it. When I arrived to pick car up on Monday car was not done. I needed the car back to be able to return to work out of town for the following week. If I did not have werner way I would not return to this dealership. I would take my service business to Hyundai down the road. More

First, I was referred to as sweetie twice during my maintenance by two separate men. This is a business. I am a customer, not your sweetie. Try ma’am or Ms. Mieir. Second, it took well over an hour to do a simple oil change at my appointment, I was not a walk in. It feels like the mechanics at this dealership assume that because I am a woman, that I don’t know how to change oil, and am cognizant that it does not take 90 minutes to complete an oil change. And once my vehicle was finally brought out, there was a lingering burnt tobacco smell from the mechanic’s clothing where they had recently smoked and then got into my vehicle. Do better. More
