The staff at James Wood Cadillac are polite and friendly. I went to the customer lounge while waiting for my car and it was clean and comfortable and stocked with drinks and snacks. I appreciate the service I went to the customer lounge while waiting for my car and it was clean and comfortable and stocked with drinks and snacks. I appreciate the service specials/coupons that are available and that the staff does not make you feel uncomfortable for using them. Having my car washed was a nice bonus! More
