I had a tricky, intermittent issue with sound on our Escalade. I called on a Thursday and was able to get an appointment the next day with Rachel. We had a long road trip planned for the following Monda Escalade. I called on a Thursday and was able to get an appointment the next day with Rachel. We had a long road trip planned for the following Monday. Rachel stayed in communication and the issue was resolved with a software update. On top of that the ESV was cleaned inside and out including tire dressing. I am very impressed. More
