I’ve been a user of Ewalds for decades. I bought my Malibu from them 13 years ago and always went there for servicing of that vehicle. Previous to that I’ve had other GM vehicles serviced there as well. I keep coming back for their prompt service, accurate diagnosis and quality workmanship. Recently I purchased a 2025 Trax from them … expecting the great service to continue. I was not disappointed! Upon walking the car lot, I was met by Jennifer Cotteleer who upon introducing herself asked if she could be of help. And boy, was she!! She was a great listener to my wishes and directed me to the Trax. She easily and accurately explained the features, answered all my questions and accompanied me on a test drive. From her introduction to the final purchase of the Trax she was professional and knowledgeable in all her dealings and offered some fun, easy conversations along the way.
