George sucks! Rafael told me on the phone the service wouldn’t take more than 1.5 hours. George tried to tell me 3 hours. As I was holding my 2 year old. He tried to tell me these things take time and that my car was going to have the full inspection again that it had a week prior at my scheduled maintenance. People don’t have all this time to do that every single time they come in for something. This was a part that we ordered that came in and just needing replacing. That shouldn’t take more that 1.5 hours. Rafael told me 1.5 to be safe to give the mechanic extra time. George was truly the worst help and that’s not the first time I’ve felt with him. The first time my car had scheduled maintenance I waited 4 hours. That’s ridiculous. More
