After just getting new tires in New Orleans, we traveled to Pensacola and got a blow out on the day before we had a full agenda of meetings. Sandy Samsung BMW was quick to the rescue. We showed up at openi to Pensacola and got a blow out on the day before we had a full agenda of meetings. Sandy Samsung BMW was quick to the rescue. We showed up at opening the next day which was on a Saturday and they squeezed us in, replaced the tire and had my car waiting for us when we returned! The service manager was amazing, super professional, kind and accommodating!! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! More
