We stopped into Castle near closing time, and Eryk offered a thorough, patient, and low pressure experience, letting us explore VW’s available options while making helpful suggestions. He was extremely knowledgeable about VW’s products and didn’t rush us, even after the dealer closed. When we returned the next day to purchase, the sales manager, Raffi, and finance manager, Damian, were equally helpful and accommodating. I’ve shopped for new vehicles at many local dealerships (and worked at a dealership myself in the past) and there are, unfortunately, few dealers that I would recommend in the northwest suburbs. I would not hesitate to send recommendations to Eryk and Castle VW. More
