Unachievable dreams can come true I came to Jim White after going to Yark to look at their inventory of certified used Toyota cars and was shocked by the service given. As soon as I wa I came to Jim White after going to Yark to look at their inventory of certified used Toyota cars and was shocked by the service given. As soon as I walked in Corey was beyond friendly and helpful! Throughout the entire process he made sure I was taken care of by making sure I knew where everything was along the way and even offering his umbrella to walk to the cars since it was raining. After deciding on the car of my dreams Corey worked his magic to make sure it was going to be affordable for me as he made sure I could get the best deal available as I was trading in a Pontiac G6 with a bad transmission and coming in with no cash down. Even though the average car payment is $650 and it was originally calculated out that my new car was going to be around a $400-$500 payment with my pre-approved loan through my bank, I was used to paying $150-$200 payments! Due to Corey being such an intentional listener and him almost being a father figure through the whole process he knew ahead of time being a recent college grad I might struggle making it by. He in turn was able to pursue my bank and their Toyota finance team to get me down to a more manageable payment of $365 with a 6% interest rate! I also dealt with Rahman and when we were wrapping everything up and signing all the documents he was able to get me a great add on package with only the stuff that was important to me instead of the standard and was very professional about everything but still had a fun side to make the process smooth. I would recommend Corey to anyone if you're looking for a "new" used vehicle! He even took the extra time to take pictures for me with my old and new car afterwards and even set up the bluetooth on my phone to pair with the car so I was already to go. Thanks again Corey for everything! More
