Tow package units were thought to have the required E-brake cable included in glove box? none found Repair work on rear bumper left bolt/fastener missing. Expect the repair was performed at JW's Was told there may be oil changes, etc. left under OEM warranty, but nothing presented. 1yr/13K miles? Not the worst used car experience, but not the best either. Fair with service after the sale a TBD More

Moe was able to find the perfect truck for me that I will need for my new job. He was very helpful in explaining all of the vehicle's features and technology that is on new cars. Moe worked with me to negotiate a good sales price with monthly payments that fit my budget. I also worked with finance manager Rahman West, he was able to find a good interest rate for me despite not having a terribly long credit history. Overall I would highly recommend Jim White Toyota for your next new Toyota purchase, they were very helpful and professional. More
