My wife and I met with Ralph Clement on a Sunday in April of 2012 while doing test drives of various vehicles and manufacturers including GM and Nissan vehicles. Our experience with Ralph on that day was very impressive. He, most of all made us feel very relaxed, he allowed us to test drive five different vehicles with out any pressure to purchase that day. That experience that day helped us to deside to return and purchase our new 2013 GMC Terrain. He went over and above our expectations with his friendlyness and service to locate the exact vehicle we were looking for.
