They are very nice, and told me I was getting a great deal because the manager was a friend of a friend. Eventually I saw that they advertised newer models of my car for two hundred dollars a month less deal because the manager was a friend of a friend. Eventually I saw that they advertised newer models of my car for two hundred dollars a month less. And now I see the better version of my Luxury car at three hundred dollars less. When I called a lease manager at pine belt, she got very defensive and rude, saying she had nothing to do with my problems. So if you like being overcharged by people with poor attitudes, this is the place for you. More

Shout out to the service team at Pine Belt. Had an unfortunate experience of teenage son breaking down at night and pulled his car into the dealership parking lot, and left overnight. This morning wen unfortunate experience of teenage son breaking down at night and pulled his car into the dealership parking lot, and left overnight. This morning went to try and fix, and two incredible employees Ralph and Joe diagnosed the problem, and got me straightened out. Pulley and belt broke. Unfortunately I couldn’t have the service done there but Pine Belt went way beyond what was needed, and would recommend them to anyone as truly professionals who care. If you are looking for a Cadillac or own one, this is your place for a superior Experience. I’d give them 10 stars. More

GREAT Service Went in on a freezing Saturday morning for emergency service, Ralph came out looked at the car and took it back right away to be fixed. i did not exp Went in on a freezing Saturday morning for emergency service, Ralph came out looked at the car and took it back right away to be fixed. i did not expect it to be fixed on a Saturday, expecially when they were short staffed due to a few deaths in family, parts were in stock and i was out in two hours. First time i have had to have service and was very impressed with the level of professionalism from Ralph and the service techs. I purchased the srx two years ago from pinebelt and was very happy with them then, I am glad to see they understand how to keep buyers, i will be a loyal customer in the future, my first of many cadillacs. More

turning a negative into a positive review originally wrote a negative review on being sold services that were not necessary but soon after recieved a call from the service manager telling me i originally wrote a negative review on being sold services that were not necessary but soon after recieved a call from the service manager telling me it was a mistake with the computer and was refunding $271.93 for the unnecessary sevices so he restored my confidence in Pinebelt and turned a negative into a positive.Ralph Quibley was the service advisor that sold me the unnecessary services and Dan McCabe was the person that corrected it bless his heart. More
