My experience with Tampa Bay Motor Cars has been extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the complete lack of communication. My phone calls went unanswered, my emails were ignored, and no extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the complete lack of communication. My phone calls went unanswered, my emails were ignored, and no one seemed interested in resolving the problems. Even worse, several extended warranties and extra protection packages were added to my paperwork without my knowledge or consent. I contacted the Finance Manager, who made these mistakes, asking for everything to be corrected, but I never received a response. I also reached out to the General Manager twice, and both of my messages were completely ignored. This level of customer service is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. The only person who provided good service was Ralph, the salesperson. Unfortunately, everyone else completely failed when it came to communication and customer care. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. More
