Listening to my customers and finding them what they are looking for patiently comes from my years of working at Nordstrom where customer service is of the utmost importance. I believe in being available for my customers for any kind of question, whether it's about features in their new Mercedes-Benz or to assist in making a service appointment. In my spare time, I spend as much time as possible with my 2 grandkids. You might also find me in the garden harvesting my own vegetables or in the kitchen to cook for my family. If you are looking at a pre owned Mercedes from this dealership stop reading now and look somewhere else. I recently purchased a pre owned 2014 G550 from this dealership. It was part of a trade and dealership stop reading now and look somewhere else. I recently purchased a pre owned 2014 G550 from this dealership. It was part of a trade and the vehicle was shipped to me in Florida. I don’t know if they just expected me to shut up and be happy with what they sent or they just didn’t care. I’ve bought and sold many high end vehicles using extensive research via Carfax/ car gurus - this was by far the worst example of fraud and duplicitous business I have been party too. -First issue that should have been a red flag- I was pre approved for my loan- bank later issued a second dealer letter with a lower APR - finance dept refused to honor it and said 576$ over the life of the loan was not much and that I shouldn’t worry about it! - I purchased specifically from a MB dealer so that I would get a vehicle that had been inspected by certified MB techs. What I got was a dirty car, with several small but important issues that now the dealer is refusing to rectify. The 6 month complimentary “ preferred care protection” is worthless - rust under the windscreen seal - rust under the passenger wiper blade retention bolt -rust on rear door hinge -stained headliner - large gouge in front right tire - oil and filter change 1 year old This is from the DEALERSHIP! I’m not a technician but it appears no one looked at this car before they closed our deal a shipped the vehicle. Again, save yourself the headache and look somewhere else- all the other negative reviews cite the same overall issues. Poor customer service and lack of attention to detail. THE BEST OR NOTHING- Euro motorcars of Germantown offers nothing. More

Moreover, it was such a contrast to other experiences I've had with dealerships that I felt I should take the time to do a review. The sales and price discussion was forthright and I never felt like I was being "gamed". In fact, when I walked in Ramesh was busy with another customer so Abdul immediately took care of me and mentioned that the cost quoted for the tags was a little higher than necessary because the SLK was a lower weight class. I bought a used vehicle and the oil service light cam on during the test drive. They checked to see if the oil had been changed when it was put into inventory and just forgotten to reset the reminder. They said they had not and changed the oil while we were doing the paperwork. On the way home, I had a problem with the door locking switch when I went over bumps I called Ramesh and he immediately said they would take care of it (even though this is not included in the 30 day warranty). And they did. I came in a few days later, was given a loaner car and the problem was fixed in a couple of hours. All was done graciously and without charge. The service representative who pitched in to get me started because my assigned service adviser was tied up with another customer looked at my record and immediately said, "Oh you just bought this. Thank you for your business." In my experience, they really "walk the walk" of treating their customers very well - by every employee that I encountered even incidentally. More

We love our Mercedes cars but this last experience with Euromotorcars G'town was the worst car buying experience we'd had (and we'd bought quite a lot of vehicles over the years). Salesman lied, service fo Euromotorcars G'town was the worst car buying experience we'd had (and we'd bought quite a lot of vehicles over the years). Salesman lied, service for the due slip was not good and the loaner (really rental) was also poor. We just found out that the car had a damage claim and now other dealerships want to reduce the trade in because of that. We asked at the time of purchase if there were any known issues or problems and the salesman said no, he had the history/car fax report to prove it. Now we find out that was bogus. We will never go there again for service or sales and would not recommend them to anyone. More

I recently purchased my second car from Euromotorcars Germantown and Ramesh. A good portion of the reason I came back a second time was because of the outstanding service I have received from both Ramesh Germantown and Ramesh. A good portion of the reason I came back a second time was because of the outstanding service I have received from both Ramesh in Sales and Ted in Service. I absolutely hate the process of buying cars and have always left it to my husband. There is no other dealership I would have gone to and felt comfortable buying a car on my own. But because of the relationship I've developed I had no problem buying this without assistance. I knew that I would not be taken advantage of because I was a woman. I so enjoy my dealings with Ramesh and Ted because in addition to providing great customer service they also always treat me with respect and don't presume they should only talk to my husband about matters dealing with my car. As a side note I also LOVE my new car but truly the main reason I came back was because of these two guys and how great they are at what they do. Thanks so much for restoring my faith in car dealerships! More

I've purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. 2 new and 1 used. Fred, for the new cars, has been great to work with. Very friendly and provides you with all the details that you need. Same should be said about Ramesh, from whom I bought the used car. And on the service front, Dan is absolutely wonderful. He makes sure that all the concerns are addressed and once the vehicle is serviced, he personally will call and let you know the details. Overall, its a great dealership. Great people to work with and they make sure that you feel comfortable with your purchase or service. Highly recommended. More
