Made the appointment 2 weeks in advance took the car in and dropped it off and they called me to go pick up the car because they didn’t have the part in stock. They said they would call me back when the part was there. It’s been 2 months and no one has called me back to do the service on my car. I also scheduled a transmission service and they couldn’t do that either. Not real happy with the Service department right now.
