I bought my truck and sign for the papers 11/28, I took delivery of my truck 12/29. I was constantly pushed back about an update on my truck and never given an answer, I actually stopped in service just to delivery of my truck 12/29. I was constantly pushed back about an update on my truck and never given an answer, I actually stopped in service just to find out what is going on. My truck only had 4 of the 8 glow plugs replaced instead of all 8. I tried calling management MANY times with 0 response. Then I was told the steering later that week from Kyler that the steering wheel was aftermarket and wasn’t going to work right (we found out that was incorrect). I pick up the truck with still a warning light, and the truck needed an alignment. While at the shop for an alignment I was told I need to spend $5,000 on new suspension. I then look and see the fuel filter needed to be changed. These are very very basic things that a dealership should look for before selling a truck. Honestly EXTREMELY disappointed in the dealership mostly at management. I spent 39,000 on a truck to have more money to spend right after buying and no one answers the phone. More
