WOW moment for John Provolt I recently had a need for a used pickup truck. I had bought my last vehicle from Woody’s and Polly and Neva had really done a great job of helping me I recently had a need for a used pickup truck. I had bought my last vehicle from Woody’s and Polly and Neva had really done a great job of helping me find the vehicle that was right for me so I decided to go and seek their help once again. Not only did I find what I was looking for I found so much more. It was easy to find a truck to meet my needs given the large inventory and the helpfulness of Polly and Neva. So the truck I wanted was used and it was an As- is No- warranty vehicle and I fully understand the terms of this agreement and had no problems excepting them. When I went to pick up the vehicle Polly and Neva told me that during an MVI inspection of the vehicle they had found some issue that would prevent the vehicle from passing inspection and they would need to be dealt with before it would pass. I understood that do to the agreement these would be my responsibility. But what happened next I was not prepared for. Polly informed me that the management at Woody’s had decided to accept the cost for the repairs and they would fix the vehicle at no added cost to me, not because they had too for I understood the agreement but because they appreciated my repeat business and they wanted to. I was so thankful and really just blown away. It was defiantly a WOW moment for me. The whole experience was truly an enjoyable one and one I will never forget. I can’t thank Polly and Neva and entire workforce at Woody’s enough for making my experience and my day such a WOW moment. Truly a 5 star experience and truly a 5 star dealership. When you buy a vehicle there are always a lot of decisions that have to be made but I know one decision that I won’t have to make, and that is the decision of where I will go to purchase my next vehicle, because for me it will defiantly hands down be at Woody’s. Every vehicle is already priced to sell at a very competitive price as I have compared prices of similar cars elsewhere. There is never any sales pressure and Polly & Randall always make you feel like they are focused on only you even though they have many others to help as well. I love working with Woody's because even if they don't have the car you want in their inventory, they will go out and find it and get it for you so that you are a satisfied customer that will keep coming back. Polly & Randall kept me informed throughout the entire buying process via text & email because they actually ended up getting a car for me that was located in IL. I called the dealership and spoke with Polly and she was very helpful answering all my questions and giving me a lot of tips to help with financing, etc. When I arrived at the dealership she had the vehicle I was interested in waiting for me. They took care of everything for me and even got me the dollar amount I needed for my trade. I would definitely recommend The Woodys team if you’re shopping for a vehicle. Good Experience with Polly & Randell We purchased our Chrysler Aspen thru Polly Applebury and when we found a couple of small issues she took care of us. She contacted the service departm We purchased our Chrysler Aspen thru Polly Applebury and when we found a couple of small issues she took care of us. She contacted the service department and set us up an appointment to have it repaired at no cost to us, Thank you Polly. We love our new car, this is our 2nd car purchased at Woody's and would be a repeat buyer at Woody's again. Polly is a very friendly sales associate and does a great job making you feel important and cares about the service she offers to her customers. My husband and I are happy customers today and look forward to our next car purchase. :) More
