We purchased a Toyota Highlander from Carswap and our experience was great! We worked with Jacob Peckham and he was very professional, and a really nice guy. Our vehicle was as described in the ad we sa experience was great! We worked with Jacob Peckham and he was very professional, and a really nice guy. Our vehicle was as described in the ad we saw, no surprises. They replaced alot of parts, put on new tires and we feel like we have a suv that we can take anywhere. We signed a purchase agreement but they sold it to someone else a day before we were gonna buy it! My husband and I had such a great experience at Carswap! After I totalled my sedan, we were looking for something bigger to cart around our growing family in. After much research, we decided to go with a To After I totalled my sedan, we were looking for something bigger to cart around our growing family in. After much research, we decided to go with a Toyota Highlander. Jacob was great about letting us take our time in checking out and test driving the vehicle and answered any and all questions we had. Jacob even called us a few weeks into us owning the vehicle to make sure everything was still going well, which spoke volumes. Something to add too - when we were negotiating the overall price of the vehicle, Randy even took the time to show my husband the price of similar Highlanders in the area with comparable years and mileage. He was able to show us that they had the best price. Him taking this extra step to justify their fair pricing left us feeling as if they were extremely transparent and professional. We look forward to doing business with them again in the future! More

I worked with Gabe and Randy who were on the spot with responding to questions and offering up videos for an online vehicle purchase. Randy even offered to deliver the vehicle to me across the state altho responding to questions and offering up videos for an online vehicle purchase. Randy even offered to deliver the vehicle to me across the state although I decided to make the trip to pick up my new vehicle.
