Very happy with my preowned vehicle purchase! I went to the dealership with an intention of three things: Trading my 2006 Ford F-150 for a certain price and getting another F-150 (2012) that I had I went to the dealership with an intention of three things: Trading my 2006 Ford F-150 for a certain price and getting another F-150 (2012) that I had seen on their website, getting a decent monthly payment, and completing the experience in a timely manner. I was greeted by a sales rep. as soon as I pulled into the lot with a hand shake and a "what can I do for you" attitude. Not only was he courteous and professional but he actually took the time to write down the three things I was looking for. I of course had wife and kids with me during the process and the dealership was very patient with them and helped us all feel at home during the process. During the process I had learned that the dealer that was helping us was new and that we were his first customers, in which you would of never know based off of how he was during the whole process. Another sales rep. that was over seeing everything was very helpful as well and between the two and the experience I would definitely recommend this place if your looking for a vehicle. I was lucky enough to have such a nice salesman to make the whole process so much more comfortable. He took the time to hear what I wanted and did not pressure me into anything. He showed me the vehicles that I may like according to what I needed and took the time to explain all aspects of the car. When we did decide on a vehicle there is always a lot of paperwork but he made it go by fast and kept us comfortable. It was lunch time and knowing it would be a couple of hrs he gave us sandwiches and doughnuts. He really went out of his way to be kind. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.
