Very great experience. I highly recommend the service department. Zack & Billy were great to deal with as well. They were very friendly. Long wait and unprofessional porters. Spilled Windshield washer a fluid everywhere. Ive gotten my car back from service with seat all the way back and ac turned up all the way when starting car. Your staff and the sales people are helpful and accommo Since purchasing my 2017 Honda CRV I have always found your service department excellent. Your staff and the sales people are helpful and accommodating. Some brief examples regarding that day; While waiting for my vehicle to be completed I was looking at cars and walking around the showroom. I found myself in a brief conversation with another customer about our cars and how pleased we were with them. Another person, assuming he was an employee (wearing a Community Honda tee shirt) overheard us, commented "that's what we like to hear... happy customers". The three of us talked for awhile. Again while walking about I saw an employee fill his coffee cup near the service department checkout where the girl’s desks are. After that person left I thought I'd get a cup. As I walked up I noticed no cups. It almost looked as though it was for the staff. Again, an employee (with a tie this time) asked "would you like some coffee, sir"? I indicated "I would" and he promptly walked me over to a customer area with a machine with cups etc. and briefly showed me how to the machine worked. Nice. Lastly, Randy found to tell me my car was done and reviewed my preformed service sheet and asked if I had any questions. He also thanked me for my visit. To sum it up... whether by design or normal everyone appears attentive to the customer. Tom Turrise More
