They did not fix the problem, so I had to take my car to another Honda dealership to get fixed. They told me the issue I had with my car was unheard of, however it’s known issue with Honda. Service repairs. Brought my Ridgeline in for an oil leak. Service inspected my truck and found the leak. Called and told me what it was and the cost to repair it. Cost Brought my Ridgeline in for an oil leak. Service inspected my truck and found the leak. Called and told me what it was and the cost to repair it. Cost came in under the amount that I was told. Happy with the service and definitely happy with a lower charge. More

Service adviser was friendly and took interest in my daughter’s “complaints” about the car. He advised us that his shift would be over before our car was completed, but another service adviser would con daughter’s “complaints” about the car. He advised us that his shift would be over before our car was completed, but another service adviser would contact us. When we got back to the dealer the mechanic was just bringing our paperwork in. He took a moment to tell us what was going on with the car as the service adviser was busy! More
