Hard working staff Staff is hard working and I have trusted their work over the years. Own 3 Honda's. Feel they are the best cars on the road but EV's and Tesla are on Staff is hard working and I have trusted their work over the years. Own 3 Honda's. Feel they are the best cars on the road but EV's and Tesla are on the move. However, seems like service area is always short staffed. Service and seating area need a total re do. Very old and tired looking. Told they are working on it. Looking forward to improvements. Never had a problem with the quality of their work. Wish Community Honda the best! More

Warranty Service for front end suspension I was having an issue with my front end suspension. When I first went in, I dealt with Randy who was not very pleasant. He told me he ordered me a Ly I was having an issue with my front end suspension. When I first went in, I dealt with Randy who was not very pleasant. He told me he ordered me a Lyft ride to get me home. After waiting in the showroom for 40 minutes I went back to service and then I think it was Bob who helped me get my Lyft ride. They arrived in 2 minutes. From that point on I worked with Bryan who was very helpful and explained things to me fully. More
