Communication could have been better. Was told if part was ordered early enough that the vehicle would be ready the next day. Part was ordered early Thursday. Checked late Friday because Was told if part was ordered early enough that the vehicle would be ready the next day. Part was ordered early Thursday. Checked late Friday because I had not heard if the vehicle was ready. Was told part did not come in. Monday was a holiday, so that was understandable. Tuesday, no communication. I called Wednesday and was told that my vehicle had just been completed. My only complaint was being told that the part being ordered early Thursday, the vehicle should be ready Friday with no communication from the dealership unless I initiated it. More
