2020 Honda CRV Lease For years, my family has worked with D&M Leasing (and Randy) but I've not personally used D&M for my own vehicle. I decided I needed to change cars s For years, my family has worked with D&M Leasing (and Randy) but I've not personally used D&M for my own vehicle. I decided I needed to change cars so I reached out to Randy. I laid out my needs/goals and told him I was open to his vehicle suggestions but that I wanted to meet my goals if possible. Randy made a few suggestions (including a possible refinance of my current vehicle) and then promised to put together some proposals for me. He did exactly that....he recommended a vehicle that met my needs and brought the car to me for a test drive (late on a Saturday afternoon). It was exactly what I wanted AND lowered my payment $100/mo. In addition, he identified and helped me reach out to reclaim unused extended warranty monies that were due back to me that I would have NEVER thought about after trading in my vehicIe......SO thankful...especially since it's tax time.... I LOVE my new Honda. Never driven a Honda before as I've typically driven Infiniti, Dodge & Jeeps. I'm a fan now. When we moved forward, Randy delivered the vehicle to me at work and spent time going over the vehicle features and answered NUMEROUS questions from me. This was one of the most professional car buying/leasing experiences I've ever had. My brother and other people who are important to me have used Randy over the years when leasing vehicles and have the exact same feedback I have. He is thoughtful, engaged in helping you meet your goals, more of consultant than a "salesperson", his follow up is EXCELLENT and he's as professional as it gets.....HUGE asset for D&M Leasing and a great resource to his clients. Amazing, 1st time leaser! This was my first experience, with leasing a vehicle & I have to say, the process was easy, non stressful & hassle free! I was recommended to Brenda R This was my first experience, with leasing a vehicle & I have to say, the process was easy, non stressful & hassle free! I was recommended to Brenda Robbins, by my mom & she was so wonderful, nice, bubbly, kind & funny! You can tell, that she really loves her job! Unfortunately, I was involved in a total loss, so I needed a new vehicle ASAP! Brenda was actually on vacation, so she referred me to Randy Schoppaul, to assist me. He was kind, friendly & very helpful! When I received my car, the runners only dropped it off, with less than a quarter of a tank of gas. So, I told Randy what happened & he made things right! Finally, I’m disabled, so the process with D&M Leasing- Fort Worth, was so much smoother, than a traditional dealership, since I can’t test drive cars, because they don’t have the proper modifications.
