Not only with the vehicles, but with the sales and service departments at Jason Pilger. I returned three years ago for my second Hyundai (a Genesis Couple) and the day before yesterday for my third (an Elantra). I went in with specific requirements..... for both the vehicle and car payment. They arranged for me to take a vehicle home for my daughter (who will also be driving it) to see. Then, yesterday, they helped me acquire a car with more options than I had anticipated, but with a monthly payment that had me smiling when I left. Of course, the pretty blue car with a sunroorf is also making me smile this morning. :) Thanks to all of you at Jason Pilger!!!! More

Best Experience I've ever had Honest, transparent, and down to business. Was given a decent price over the phone before I made the 1 hour drive, then got a better deal on site. The whole staff at Jason Pilger exceeded our expectations in every area, putting us in the exact car we wanted at a price we could hardly believe! Their customer service was beyond anything you could ever a in every area, putting us in the exact car we wanted at a price we could hardly believe! Their customer service was beyond anything you could ever ask for in any line of business! They truly value their customers and want to see them happy. Bring them your wants and desires because I know they will do whatever it takes to exceed them. Two months after purchasing our Yukon XL, Marc was still only a phone call away and helped me quickly resolve a minor issue. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. We drove from FL and it was well worth the trip! I do it all over again in a heartbeat! More

The first and most important thing that is important to me about purchasing a new vehicle is, NO PRESSURE. I made it clear to the employees that I would not be pressured into a sale. And that is exactly me about purchasing a new vehicle is, NO PRESSURE. I made it clear to the employees that I would not be pressured into a sale. And that is exactly what they delivered, no pressure. I described the type of vehicle that I wanted and it is exactly what I got. Although waiting for the finance person to be available (which I am sure is not a bad thing for the dealership) was the longest wait we had Randy Workman which did a very good job of entertaining us until they were available. The one thing I would like to recommend is for the dealership to give the additional protection options up front to allow the customer more time to review and consider them. Once we got in to the signing of the paperwork, we were tired and just wanted to hurry up and sign to get things over. It would have been nice to be able to consider that sooner, and for a wife with a husband that is stubborn, an opportunity for me to discuss it with him in private. Everyone there was extremly nice and very professional, they really seemed to be concerned about doing what was best for us and wanted to earn our business. More
