Initially I was a bit hesitant considering the negative reviews I had read on Yelp while doing my research. My experience, however, was quite a positive one. Raul was super helpful and friendly. I feel like he really went the extra mile to negotiate the best price that would fit my budget. The finance portion of the transaction was also as seamless as the sales portion with Raul. Leslie was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained the terms in a very clear manner. The entire process from start to finish was completed in less than two hours and I was able to take the vehicle home that same day (I brought my old plates just in case - I wasn't entirely sure how the transaction would go). I would give my experience 5 stars however I do feel that the prices they have listed on their website are very misleading if you didn't happen to see the tiny fine print at the bottom of the site. The price listed is actually after your $3,000 down payment. Example: the car I purchased was listed at $11,998. I thought w my down payment I would be financing $8,998 + taxes, registration etc but that was not the case. My recommendation is to do your research, read any and all fine print and visit the dealership to see the suggested retail sticker price listed on the vehicle to make your best informed decision. More
