Raul Is wonderful, when I bought my 1st car it was a Highlander, he knew I needed a car ASAP, so I drove out of there that same night with it. My second time there was a few weeks ago, wanted to trade in my Highlander for a Venza, at 1st I thought it was not possible , but after Raul kept on working wonders with the numbers, I was able to trade in my vehicle and ONCE again, drove out of there with my venza. But that’s not all. Raul had to pick up my car at my job to bring it to get Vin check. So he did. I completely forgot that I was almost on E. So he took my car for a Vin check and when he bought it back he told me he had left me a present in my car. When I went to my car I noticed a receipt, Raul had put gas in my car. All I can say that since the 1st time I walked in that car dealer I felt welcomed, I felt like I knew Raul from a long time. If anyone is looking to purchase a car. I give you my word, go here and you will not regret it. I am now enjoying my car, plus my kids love it 2. More

He answered a million questions I had, has a great sense of humor, knew all about the vehicle I was interested in (I did hours of research & tested him on it) and there was absolutely no pressure what so ever throughout the entire process. He took all the dread, stress and anxiety out of buying a vehicle. Manny & Jeff happen to be there also which was a bonus! They are as funny in person as their commercials. Shortly after my purchase I happen to find something very minor I just wasn't happy with & called Raul. Thought for sure I was going to get the brush off but just the opposite happened! Next day Kevin in the service department called me & I explained what I wasn't happy with. Kevin asked me to bring the vehicle in to see what my concern was. He checked everything out, told me it was something they would take care of & scheduled a time that was convenient for ME to get it fixed.
