Sonny was 100% the only reason this dealership is worth visiting. Good guy who tries his best and really worked with us to try and make the sale as equitable as possible given the inflation going on right visiting. Otherwise, this dealership is slow, we waited around a lot with mangers and sales people not really knowing what the hold up was. Service didn't do things they said they will (we got an IOU, hope that works out), and their finance manager was a real jerk to us. Already filed a complaint to corporate about him. He was super nice to us then became very obviously cold, mean, and snappy with us once we told him we weren't buying the (very expensive) elective add-ons to our warranty he had to sell. His parting words to us were a threat, that he hopes our car breaks down so when we don't have the warranties he tried to sell us, we have to come back to his dealership and pay a lot of money. Made us debate whether or not the car is reliable and whether or not we should seek legal services to break the contract and return the car. More
