My salesperson Francisco was great. But the dealership had preinstalled $2,500 worth of stupid, worthless extras that were not shown in the advertisement for the used vehicle I purchased. Sure, there was the small print that said "Price does not include any dealer extras". But who would've expected $2,500 worth! Also, the finance manager tried to make me feel stupid because I would not buy any of HIS extras he tried to push on me at closing. Would I recommend this dealership? No. I give the salesperson 5 stars and the dealership a 1. Thus the 3 stars. More
