Wow what an experience I walk into the Used vehicle building and am greeted by a nice young salesman I have a car already picked from their website It is an Acura 2012 for $13,950 Sounds good and building and am greeted by a nice young salesman I have a car already picked from their website It is an Acura 2012 for $13,950 Sounds good and easy correct? Not really I go to the test drive and when I come back they sell me what they call a warranty for $4500 to add to the vehicle price and that it would protect it since it is an old vehicle. Sort of making sense. We agree and then later when I get I home I decide to change my mind. I know I signed a contract and realized $4500 is way too much of the warranty plus it was the perfect car for my daughter. I call back to attempt to take the warranty off. I am then told that the original price they had posted on the website for $13,950 should have been $4500 dollars more. In other words, it should be sold for $18, 450. They took the $4500 dollars off so they can add the warranty because it is an old vehicle. That’s not what the salesman said. I argued with the used car manager and was told that the original price should have been $18,450. So what in essence he was telling me is that we advertised it for different price and (of Course) we have a small disclosure. Now mind you the disclosure is at the bottom of the web page and once you get there you must click a link and then it states (Exclusions) How these people sleep at night is beyond me. I guess they have a much harder soul than I do. I cannot do that to my fellow man just over money. Sad! More
