I'm not happy with my recent Ranger purchase. First, they had over 10 weeks from my order to delivery, but when I came to pick up my truck, the bed liner and front license bracket were missing. A week they had over 10 weeks from my order to delivery, but when I came to pick up my truck, the bed liner and front license bracket were missing. A week later, I came back to pick up the bed liner, but I was told that the license plate bracket that they told me was "in" was on back order. A month later, the bracket that should have been there on day one still wasn't delivered. I've had no communication from anyone from Bob Allen Ford since I signed the purchase contract, so I feel that once they get your money they have no regard for you any longer. More

Took my Expedition in for service I took my Expedition in for service and had The Works done on it. I was taken care of right away. It was done in good time. My car was put through the car wash without me asking or reminding them or needing a coupon for it. Josh Englebrake was very professional and explained everything and answered my questions. They are never pushy and legitimately care what you are wanting. I will recommend Ray Blanco if you are looking to buy a new car. He is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help you. I have never felt like I should have or could have gotten a better deal. He will not try to sell you something that is not exactly what you want. If you are not sure then he is great at finding what fits your wants, needs and budget. I also have all my service done here as they have never tried to sell me something I felt I did not need and they also do not pressure you. They let you know what regular maintenance may be due next time you come in so you can plan accordingly for your next visit. They always are eager to help if you have a problem and do not know what it is. I definitely recommend this dealership for all your automotive needs. I have been very happy with them for the last 21 years. More
