They have a wide selection of vehicles and had the exact model/color I was looking for. That being said, if they didn't have it in stock, they were more than willing to get me any vehicle I wanted. It seemed they didn't care to try to talk me or my husband into something they had on the lot. From the get go, Ray was great. We went in on a holiday weekend sale and were at the dealership for four hours before we were able to get everything taken care of. That being said, it wasn't really that bad. The dealership was extremely busy and Ray made sure that we were taken care of and sat with us the entire time while we were waiting on the paperwork, etc. Not only did they match the true car price, but they took even more of the car I ended up purchasing. My previous car had been in a wreck, and it was never even mentioned or used as leverage during the negotiation. I had a previous dealership hassle/harass me about the fact in had been in a wreck. It was absolutely annoying. That wasn't the case with Valley. It was a very straightforward process from the get go. I came onto the lot knowing exactly which car I wanted, and they got to work on trying to make the numbers work. I now live even farther away from Valley, and I have a local dealership that I could easily go to, but if my husband or I want to buy another Honda, we will gladly drive the four plus hours back to Valley to buy off of Ray. You can tell that this dealership is more about making money off selling a ton of cars versus selling a few at a high price. More

He had a demo car brought out - the exact vehicle I wanted. By the time I returned from my dental appointment (about 90 minutes), Ray had my new car and the paperwork ready for me. Since my purchase, Ray has followed up with phone calls and emails to see if I had any questions about my car and the equipment. I also had his phone number. If I couldn't remember how to put down the rear seats, he was there for me. Thanks to Ray Hatcher my experience at Bally Honda was outstanding! More
