Absolutely top experience. Ray and Luke Hall were the best! Do not worry about the reviews. I was apprehensive because of some bad reviews, and Ray respectfully listened to my concerns. Anything I needed to ensure my comfort with the purchase was accepted. Ray was kind and incredibly responsive. By the end of the day, I felt a bond w/almost all of the staff, who were also kind to my young child, and I got a great value car on excellent terms. My experience could not have been better. I love the car I purchased, it was a great value, and Ray was friendly, responsive and helpful every step of the way. I got a much better deal than at a rival dealer, because I used my own financing, and Luke from the financing dep't actually found better loan terms I didn't even know I still was approved for. Luke is also personable and NOT aggressive. He explained good additionally warranty terms and when I declined because I could not afford them he was totally understanding. There were also know hidden fees, and good tradein value. A+++++++ More

Great people. They really care about their customers. The process is paper heavy though. Once the deal is closed, it takes over 2 hours and half to sign all the papers. Friendly environment. The sales agent Ray Pilazkar was very patient and accommodating in helping to get you the price that works best for you. poor customer service Dealer did not indicate by phone when we called twice to return lease that appointment was necessary. Person on phone said we could come any time dur Dealer did not indicate by phone when we called twice to return lease that appointment was necessary. Person on phone said we could come any time during hours dealer was open. Arrived around 130pm on Sunday, when no customers were at dealer due to Covid-19 shelter in place and they would not accept my return. Only pointed to sign on window that appointment was necessary and that only one person could accept lease return was not working that day. Did not display any empathy, and appeared angry he had to talk to us and get up from his desk. I should not have expected much as it took over six hours to lease my car from this dealer when I first got it 39 months back. I understand the need for appointment only during this time, but make sure all staff are aware and indicate this when calling the dealer. Also provide empathy and see if anything else can be done. Only after I repeatedly then asked to make an appointment with Mr. Unfriendly, did he retreat inside to then come back and offer up 11am the next day. Before I could finish checking my calendar, he angrily asked if it would work for me. I hate buying/leasing a car. It is a horrible experience. I have now removed Ourisman and Antwerpen from the plethora of car dealerships I will deal with. I hope Carvana survives this pandemic, as it should not be this dificult to buy, lease or return a car. More
