I was initially contacted by Seaton because the lease on my current Jetta was nearing an end. He introduced me to Ray who discussed other Jetta possibilities and took me for a couple of test drives. Both were most cordial, and Ray quite laid back and accommodating. Sales pressure was minimal and he made the car buying experience a much more pleasurable experience than it frequently is. Dana, from the finance department, was also pleasant and accommodating, offering to check on a lower interest rate for me. This is the second Volkswagen, and the fourth car I'd gotten from Congressional Motors, and they continue their great tradition of good service. More
