I needed a new lease to replace one of the family cars and responded to an ad in the Sunday newspaper from Norm Reeves in Cerritos. The process was smooth from the moment Ray Tabatabai met me at the door until Rich Fisler wrapped up the paperwork and Ray handed me the keys to a new Civic (and helped me Bluetoothe my phone!). The entire process took just over an hour. There were plenty of cars to choose from and when I mentioned wanting more miles on the lease, Rich ran the numbers and explained a couple of options clearly.
