I was never asked by Ray Zaman if I wanted an extended warranty or tires coverage or some other fees that I was charged for, but that were included in my purchase. I was never consulted or inform about my warranty or tires coverage or some other fees that I was charged for, but that were included in my purchase. I was never consulted or inform about my interest rate, which is 8.64%. It would've been cheaper for me to get a loan from a bank and pay for the car cash. I was never asked which bank would've been more suitable for me, since financial honda is not handling my loan. Which I don't know why I was assigned capital bank and not honda financial services? Not happy at all how I was "handled" and I am actually looking for professional advice. More
